ABOUT Crispy Baked Chicken RECIPE

Spicy,crunchy and golden on the outside,juicy and tender inside.They are much healthier than the fried version.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken pieces 6.
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. 1 tesp salt.
  4. 3/4 tesp ginger garlic paste.
  5. Old Bay Seasoning 3 to 4 tesp.
  6. Plain greek yogurt 4 tbsp.
  7. Chilli powder 3 tesp.
  8. Juice of 1 medium sized lemon.


  1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  2. Line a square tin with silver foil.
  3. Preheat oven 180℃.
  4. Place chicken in a bowl add all ingredients except oil.
  5. Mix to coat the chicken pieces well.
  6. Place on foiled tray.
  7. Drizzle olive oil.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. Turn to broil mode and bake for another 5 minutes or till crisp.
  10. Serve hot with baked veggies...
