Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Channa Dal - 1 cup
  2. moong dal - 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh Methi - 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. green chilly -2
  6. Garlic Cloves - 12
  7. Chopped Gunger - 1 tspn
  8. Baking soda - 1/2 tspn
  9. Baking powder - 1/2 tspn
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
  11. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tspn
  12. Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn
  13. Asafoetida - 1/2 tspn
  14. Curd - 2 tbspn (to required)
  15. Pomegranate seeds to stuffing

Instructions

  1. Soak both moong nd Channa dal for 2 hours.
  2. Then remove all water nd grind them with ginger, garlic nd green chilly nd make paste . If needed add some curd not water .
  3. After making paste mix salt nd baking soda .
  4. Kept into warm place for fermet for 8 to 10 hours .
  5. Now add fresh methi nd all spices nd mix well .
  6. Add baking powder nd mix .
  7. Put into greased katori moulds nd steam for 5 minutes in microwave.
  8. Let them some cool then demould .
  9. Stuff pomegranate seeds.
  10. Serve with any sauce. Ready methi Dunlop.
