Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Bread 6 pcs
  2. Sugar as required
  3. Water as required
  4. Choti Elaichi 3-4 pcs
  5. Khowa / mawa 150 Gm
  6. milk

Instructions

  1. Take bread cut the sides.
  2. Make a dough with milk
  3. Cover the dough with cotton clothes for 15 mins. Keep it aside
  4. Make the small round balls from the dough and stuff khowa / mawa inside the balls and then make it round using your palms. Put some ghee/oil in you hands for making the bowl round without any crack.
  5. Now take water add sugar and Elaichi let it get cook and thick. Keep it aside
  6. In a pan add oil let it get hot. And add bread balls into the oil. Deep fry until it get light brown in colour.
  7. After frying put all the jamun's into the sugary water leave it till the balls get moist nicely and get flappy.
  8. Enjoy hot or chilled. Your wish.
