  • sugar as required
  • Dry coconut / Gari as required
  • kaju as required
  • oil
  • elaichi powder
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Chawal/ Rice laddoos

  1. Soak the rice over night
  2. Drain water and Fry the rice in a pan
  3. Blend it in mixer lightly. Don't make it powdered
  4. Take a pan. lightly roast dry coconut / Gari and chopped kaju
  5. Add Elaichi powder. Dry coconut, and roasted kaju.
  6. Add ghee
  7. Make round balls
  8. Your rice balls are ready to eat.
