Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup Washed and Chopped mix green leafy veggies
  2. I used here amarnath leaves, drumsticks leaves, radish and sweet pumpkin leaves, mustard leaves (As your Choices,)
  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1/4 tsp chat masala powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil, gramflour as needed
  10. Cornflour as needed
  11. Some pomegranate pearls to garnish

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the pan heat oil add Ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, and chopped mix leafy veggies saute well. Then add some salt and mix it.
  2. Stirring occasionally, it shrinks after off the flame and cool it completely
  3. While it cool then take it plate or mixing bowl add left over all masala ingredients, gramflour and cornflour mix it and knead the dough, remember don't add lots of flour.
  4. After kneading the dough. take some pinch of dough greasing hands with oil. And make a small bullets.
  5. Do this like all bullets. Next heat the oil in pan.
  6. Add bullets in hot oil and Deep fry in low to medium flame till they turns brown colour.
  7. Now garnush with pomegranate pearls. lastly green bullets or mix green leafy veggies bullets are ready.
