Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl moth sprout
  2. 1/2 bowl chopped methi
  3. 1tspn chat masala
  4. 1 tspn salt
  5. 1/2 tspn red chilli
  6. 2 tblspn bread crumbs if needed
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 1 chopped tamato
  9. 1/4 tspn haldi powder
  10. 1/4 tspn hing
  11. 1/2 tspn jeera
  12. 1 lemon juice


  1. Boil methi for two or three mins and after that strain it.
  2. Now lets cook sprouts.
  3. Take a pressure cooker and heat it.
  4. When heated, add 1 tspn oil in it.
  5. Now add hing and jeera in it.
  6. Then add chopped onion and saute it for two mins.
  7. After sauting onion, add chopped tomato in it.
  8. After adding tomatoes, add all the dry spice ingredients and sprouts in it.
  9. Mix it and add little bit water to it.
  10. Now cover it with the lid and pressure cook it for two whistles.
  11. After that, take out the sprouts in the mixing bowl.
  12. Add boiled methi and lemon juice to it.
  13. Mix it properly so that they are combined to each other.
  14. If needed then add breadcrumbs also.
  15. Now make balls of methi mixture.
  16. Flatten it with the palm and make kebab of it.
  17. Likewise make all the kebabs.
  18. Now heat the flat pan and brush it with oil.
  19. Place one by one all the kebabs and flip it after two mins when gets brown from the bottom side.
  20. Again flip it.
  21. When gets brown and crisp, transfer the kebabs to the plate.
  22. Enjoy these hot sprouts methi kebab with onions coated in green chutney
  23. Our Methi Sprouts Kebab are ready to serve.
  24. Before serving, sprinkle some chat masala on the kebabs.
