ABOUT Winter Biscuits RECIPE

This is very crunchy and it goes well with tea or coffee. An ideal coffee break snack

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gms self raising flour
  2. 100 gms raw peanuts
  3. 75 gms walnuts
  4. 175-200 gms castor sugar
  5. 75 gms desiccated coconut
  6. 80 gms margarine
  7. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the peanuts, walnuts, desiccated coconut, flour and cocoa to form a stuff mixture.
  3. Shape into small balls and place on a greased baking tray leaving space between each biscuit.
  4. Preheat oven and bake at 190℃ for 10 minutes.
