Vanilla cup cake is a simple yet yummy dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1 cup
  3. Egg - 2
  4. Butter - 1/2 cup
  5. Baking pow - 1/2 tsp
  6. Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 celsius.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light fluffy.
  3. Mix eggs and beat it again. Add vanilla extract and mix it well.
  4. Take another bowl, add maida and baking powder and mix it.
  5. Now pour egg mixture into the maida mixture and fold in the flour until combined and bake for 20 min at 180 celsius.
