ABOUT Buttered Pepper Corn RECIPE

Perfect monsoon snack which you can have at any time of the day. Children are specially going to love it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Corn Cob - 1 no or you don't have corn cob you can use packet corns/2 cup corn kernels
  2. Butter - 1 tbsp
  3. Black Pepper powder or freshly crushed black pepper - ½ tsp
  4. Mixed herbs or Italian herbs or Oregano - 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. You can cook the corn cobs in pressure cooker with enough water for 3 to 4 whistles but without salt.
  2. Drain and keep the corn cobs aside & let them become warm or cool. Remove the corn from the cobs with a help of a knife.
  3. In another pan, melt the butter, add the corn cobs, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Remove and serve buttered corn hot. Garnish with mint leaves.
