Ingredients to make Chocolate Doughnuts

  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • salt 1/8 tsp
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • butter 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate 125 gms chopped
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  • Sprinkles as required

How to make Chocolate Doughnuts

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 deg.
  2. Grease a doughnut pan.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Whisk butter, sugar and egg in a separate bowl.
  5. Add essence and milk and whisk again.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix and whisk until well blended.
  7. Fill the doughnut pan with the batter uptil 3/4 of the cavity.
  8. Bake for about 15 min.
  9. Meanwhile make ganache.
  10. Remove the baked doughnuts from the pan and let it cool.
  11. Dip each doughnut in ganache and cover with sprinkles.
