Its a delicious and favorite food not only in winter evening but forever.. But hot hot oven fresh homemade pizza is always delicious than commercial store bought pizza. Its quite simple and easy to make. Once when you make these yummy pizza at home you will never feel like buying from shops.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cup
  2. Active Dry Yeast 1 tsp
  3. Water 1/4 cup+ 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Olive oil 1 1/2 Tbsp
  7. TOPPINGS
  8. Panner 1/4 cup
  9. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Tomato sauce 1 tsp
  11. Mozarella chesse grated 3/4 cup
  12. Oregano 1/4 tsp
  13. Capsicum 1/2 cup cubed
  14. Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
  15. onion cubed 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Warm 1/4 cup water. In a large bowl add yeast sugar and salt. Add the warm water and wait till your yeast get activated or till it dissolves.
  2. Add the wheat flour and add olive oil and mix the dough well. Make soft sticky dough. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it undisturbed for two hours.
  3. In another bowl add panner, capsicum, onion, black pepper powder tomato sauce 1 tbsp pizza sauce oregano and mix well.
  4. After two hours you will see that the pizza dough would have raised enough. Just punch and roll over the dough to thin base.
  5. Use a fork and prick it well to even cook. Use a round flat tin and cut over the base to perfect round shape.
  6. Place the base over the baking tray.
  7. Add a tbsp of pizza sauce over the base and spread over. Add the mixed toppinv over and spread equally, add grated cheese and bake over a preheated oven at 200 deg for 15-20 mins.
  8. Once the pizza is cooked cut into slices and serve with extra seasoning.
