Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broad beans 250gm
  2. Oil 3 tablespoon
  3. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  5. Chana dal 1/4 tsp
  6. Onion 2 finely chopped
  7. Tomato 3 finely chopped
  8. GREEN CHILLI 1 CHOPPED
  9. Baby potato 5 to 6
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  13. Salt as per your requirement

Instructions

  1. Wash and remove both ends of broad beans and keep it aside.
  2. Now wash peel and cut potato.
  3. Heat a wok and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds mustard seeds and chana dal in it. Saute for few seconds.
  4. Now add chopped onions.cook it until it changes its color.
  5. Now add chopped tomato and green chilli.
  6. When tomato becomes soft and mushy add red chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix it nicely.
  7. When spices starts leaving oil add broad beans and potato and mix it well.
  8. Add salt and mix it properly.Cook it until veggie are cooked.
  9. When broad beans and potato turn soft turn off the flame.
  10. Your broad beans and potato curry is ready to serve.
