Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams maida
  2. 2 cups shredded cabbage
  3. 1 cup shredded broccoli
  4. 1 cup finely chopped onions
  5. 3 spoons soy sauce
  6. 1 spoon peanut butter
  7. 1 spoon maple syrup or sugar
  8. 2 spoons chilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 spoon pepper
  11. 4-5 spoons oil
  12. 1 cup water
  13. Round shape cutter

Instructions

  1. Add water to maida and knead well like Chapathi dough
  2. Take a pan add 2 spoons oil
  3. Add chopped onions, bro Ollie and cabbage and sauté on high heat
  4. Add the chilli flakes, 1 spoon soy sauce and salt to taste
  5. Let this cook for 5-10 minutes
  6. The filling for momo is ready now
  7. Squeeze extra water from the filling
  8. Now make thin Chapathis and use shape cutter to make small rounds
  9. Fill the momo stuffing and steam in a steamer for 10 mins
  10. The momos turn translucent and that is when they are ready
  11. For momo chutney heat rest of the oil and add the peanut butter
  12. Add chilli flakes , salt and the maple syrup
  13. Add water and let this boil for 5 mins
  14. Dipping sauce for momo is ready
