Paneer butter masala is a delicious dish, very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer - 300g
  2. Butter - 2 tsp
  3. Chilly powder -1tsp
  4. Dhania powder -1tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
  6. Fried onion - 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  9. Tomato purée 1sp
  10. Kasuri methi -1tsp
  11. Milk -2small cup
  12. Red colour -pinch
  13. Garam masala -1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add coriander powder, red chilly powder, kasoori methi and tomato purée and tomato sauce and mix it well.
  2. Add milk and mix it well.
  3. Heat a pan, add butter, Ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  4. Now add fried onion and the mixture of all spices with milk. Add salt red colour and cook for 5 min.
  5. Add paneer and if required add some milk and cook for 2 to 3 min. Serve with naan roti and rice.
