Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ghee 1 tbsp
  2. Grated carrot 2 Cup
  3. Grated beetroot parboiled 1 Cup
  4. Milk 2 Cup
  5. Sugar 1/2 Cup
  6. khoya(mava) 1/2 Cup
  7. Ealichi powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Watermelon seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Almond flakes 2 tbsp
  11. Roasted Edible gum(gundar) 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add ghee and add grated carrot close the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add parboiled grated beetroot and cook it for 5 minutes
  3. Now add milk and mix till the milk gets absorbed in carrot beetroot mixture then add sugar.
  4. As sugar’s taste gets blended in mixture add khoya and mix it till it leaves the pan.
  5. Add ealichi powder. Now roast edible gum in ghee.
  6. when the mixture gets in room temperature cut in bar shape and garnish with almond flakes, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, edible gum. press it little so it gets stick with bars. Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
