Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup Jaggery
  2. 1 cup seasem seeds
  3. 2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Firstly heat a pan and add crushed jaggery to melt
  2. Stir continue on sim flame, let it melt fully
  3. Now add 2 tsp water and mix and cook it for 10 min
  4. Check the perfect condition of melted jaggery drop little amount in a bowl of water. If this is crack by fingers it is done. If it get bend cook for some more time
  5. Now switch off the flame and let it cool by continue stir. Make roll from mix
  6. Now cut it in small pieces
  7. Make balls by hand
  8. Now in a pan Rost seamsem seeds, it should not fully roasted
  9. Now add jaggery balls in hot sesame seeds
  10. Jaggery balls get started little melt, and seeds starting stick on balls, switch off the flame
  11. Now press these balls by rolling pin
  12. Or u can press by gand by care
  13. Now ready
