Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sem phale 200g
  2. 1 tomato chopped
  3. 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  4. 1 green chili chopped
  5. 1 onion chopped
  6. 2 tbdp mustard oil
  7. 2 tbsp gram flour
  8. 1 tbsp termuric powder
  9. 1 tbsp salt or according to taste
  10. 1 tsp panchforan

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the veggies.
  2. Heat a pan, pour oil then add panchforan.
  3. After cracked, add onions and chopped ginger and fry 2 minutes.
  4. Now, add sem phale pieces , chopped tomato, chopped green chili, salt and termuric powder.
  5. Now cook 10 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Now , In a bowl take gram flour and make thin paste.
  7. Now ,put this paste on fried sem phale and cook 10 minutes more.
  8. Now, sem phale fry is ready.
  9. Serve with rice or chapati..
