Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Onion two sliced
  2. Gram flour ( besan ) half cup
  3. Salt to taste ( sea salt and black salt)
  4. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  5. Asafoetida ( Hing) one pinch
  6. Oil one tea spoon
  7. Water one table spoon
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take two onions and slice them
  2. Now take a bowl and put sliced onions
  3. Add gram flour and both sea and black salt to taste
  4. Add red chilli powder and Hing and mix
  5. Add oil and water mix well
  6. Now take a wok and heat the oil and fry the pakodas one by one
  7. Fry til golden and crisp
  8. Arrange on serving plate
  9. Serve with tea
