Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1 bowl sugar
  3. 300gram khoya
  4. 4 tbsp ghee
  5. 4 tbsp crushed almond

Instructions

  1. take a 6 eggs and beat it very nicely there should be no lamps while whisking
  2. Take a saucepan and add 4 tablespoon of cow ghee
  3. when the cow ghee started heating at Khoya in it.
  4. Saute the Koya till it get the brown colour.after that add beaten egg into the saucepan and stir it continuously to avoid lamps.
  5. after the ghee come on the surface add one bowl of sugar and give a good mix on the low flame keep the halwa for 5 -8 min with cover lid
  6. after 5 to 8 Minute add Crush Almonds to the halwa your egg ka halwa is ready to eat
