It's rich in butter, melt in mouth with the chunks of tutti frutti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup of apf / self raising flour/ maida + 1 tsp baking powder.
  2. White butter 100g room temperature.( unsalted)
  3. Powder sugar 3/4 cup. / to taste
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
  5. 1 egg / 2 tbs of thick curd.
  6. Milk 2 to 3 tbsp
  7. Tutti fruity 1/2 cup dust with some flour and keep aside
  8. oil 1/4 cup


  1. Take a bowl add butter and sugar and with hand blender beat until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add oil and vanilla essence and one egg / curd and beat until everything combined.
  3. Add the flour and mix well with cut fold method using wooden spoon. Add milk if necessary.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°d for 10 mins.
  5. Before place the tray into the oven add your tutti frutti mix it and pour into the tray.
  6. And garnish with some fresh tutti frutti and some chopped nuts and keep it in oven.
  7. and bake for 35 to 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Fresh and yummy tutti frutti cake is ready after 35 mins.
  9. Allow to cool to room temperature. And slice it and enjoy with your loved ones
