ABOUT Eggless Vanilla Orange Cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cups
  2. 100 gms melted butter
  3. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  4. Vanilla custard powder 3 tblspn
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Juice of 2 oranges
  7. Baking powder 1 tspn
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Sieve together Maida, Vanilla Powder, Baking powder, Baking soda,
  2. Blend butter and powdered sugar well
  3. Add the dry mix and pour in the milk and orange juice
  4. Add water if the dough is too thick
  5. Line a baking tray with butter paper
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 mins
