Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw papaya 200gms
  2. ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  3. Cornstarch 3tsp
  4. salt half tsp
  5. turmeric half tsp
  6. Boiled potato 1 mashed
  7. cumin powder half tsp
  8. chilli powder half tsp
  9. Garam masala half tsp
  10. For gravy..
  11. 1cup onion paste
  12. 1 onion medium sized chopped
  13. 1cup tomato paste
  14. Half tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. Sakt half tsp
  16. chilli powder half tsp
  17. turmeric half tsp
  18. Garam masala half tsp
  19. cumin powder half tsp
  20. Daniya powder half tsp
  21. Kasturi mathi half tsp
  22. Bay leaf 1
  23. 3 cloves
  24. 1 piece cinamon
  25. 1tsp cumin seeds
  26. butter 20gms
  27. coriander half cup
  28. Fresh cream 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take raw papaya cut half piece
  2. Remove seeds peal outer skin
  3. Cut pieces and grate it on plate
  4. Add squeeze water papaya grated..place on plate add Ginger garlic paste,salt,cornstarch,potato ,chilli powder,turmeric,garam masala,cumin powder mix well
  5. All powder onto papaya grated make round balls
  6. Heat an oil leave papaya balls in an oil
  7. Once it get balls are gold colour take out to plate
  8. Heat the cadai add butter put bay leaf,cinnamon,cloves,cumin seeds on it
  9. When it's splits,add chopped onion , ginger garlic paste keep statue
  10. Pour tomato puri on to cadai
  11. Keep cook add seasoning ,salt,chilli , turmeric,cumin,daniya,garam masala powders on it
  12. Keep cook once gravy gets thick
  13. Add fresh cream , kasturi mathi mix well
  14. Once gravy forms thick and nice aroma take out to a bowl
  15. Put kofta ball on to gravy garnish with fresh cream.. ready to serve
