Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
  2. Milk Powder - 1 cup
  3. Ghee - 2 tsp
  4. Cardamon powder optional
  5. Pista for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add condensed milk and milk powder, whisk nicely to remove any lumps.
  2. Put on flame and keep whisking. Keep flame low throughout.
  3. When it starts leaving the sides of the pan, add ghee and cardamom powder and use a spatula to give a quick mix.
  4. Cook till a thick mass is formed. Take out in a bowl and let it cool till slightly warm.
  5. Make pedas and garnish.
