Sesame seeds and also mixture of ragi and jaggery is known to provide warmth in winter

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ragi powder 1/2 cup
  2. sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  3. grated jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add ragi powder and roast till aromatic
  2. Dry roast sesame seeds
  3. Grind sesame seeds and jaggery
  4. mix with roasted ragi powder
  5. Grease hands with ghee and roll laddus when the mixture is slightly cooled.
