Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brinjal 3
  2. Oil 5tbl spoon
  3. Mustard 1/2tspn
  4. Curry leaves some
  5. Onion 1
  6. Aseofotida powder
  7. Chilli powder 1tbl spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4spoon
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take a brinjal clean it and cut in to slices and keep aside
  2. Take one onion cut in to small thin slices.
  3. Switch on stove..take a pan add oil wen it heats up add mustard curryleaves onion..mixed well
  4. After tat add a slice brinjal add some salt mixed well
  5. Wen brinjal cook slightly add turmeric powdrr and chilli powder. Mixed well....it was coming lyk a fried typ
  6. Last add some aseofotida powdrr....fry it....till the brinjal get roasted...
  7. Now its perfect ready an aromatic superb roasted brinjal varuval serve with rice... Thank yu
