Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups rolled oats
  2. ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour
  3. ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  4. ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  5. ¼ cup sugar
  6. 2 tsp. cinnamon
  7. ½ tsp. salt
  8. 1 & ½ cups skim (or low fat) milk
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
  11. 2 tbsp. Amul butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree.
  2. In two separate bowls, mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients.
  3. Pour wet into dry and the butter, mixing until combined.
  4. Butter the oven dish.
  5. Sprinkle raw oats on top if you like and bake for 20 minutes.
