Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chena prepared of 1 ltr of cows milk
  2. Nolen gur 1/2cup chopped into small peices

Instructions

  1. Take a chena prepared from one litre of cows milk.
  2. Start kneading it by pressing it with the corner of your palm. Until it takes dough like consistency.
  3. Once it becomes like a soft and smooth dough.
  4. In a heavy bottom non stick pan add chopped nolen gur and let it melt.
  5. Once its melt properly swich off the flame and cool it for few minutes.
  6. Now add one fourth part of the prepared chena and mix it properly until it gets uniform together.
  7. Now add this mixture in a plain chena and knead it again
  8. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for half n hour.
  9. Now divide it into small balls and give the desired shape and serve.
