Now add tea masala to it and mix it well. Add fried dhik (ghund) in it. Now switch off the flame ,so that wheat flour gets little cool.After 2 minutes add finely chopped jaggery to it and keep on stiring with full speed continuously till jaggery melt completely in it . Reason to add jaggery after 2 min is if we add it in hot roast wheat flour.Our ginger pak will become hard.But if we add jaggery after 2 minutes then our Ginger pak will become smooth and soft texture wise.
