Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. roasted seasom 1 bowl
  2. Jaggery 1 bowl
  3. one teaspoon ghee
  4. For coconut sweet...
  5. Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  6. Seasom powder half cup
  7. condensed milk 4 tbsp or as needed
  8. 2 tablespoon sugar powder
  9. Chocolate sauce 2 tbsp
  10. Cherry for decoration
  11. Ghee for applying the code
  12. Cone mould

Instructions

  1. heat the pan on flame
  2. In a pan put some ghee
  3. Add the jaggery
  4. when jaggery melts in a pan continuously stir it
  5. put some jaggery drops in a bowl of water
  6. if the Drops turns in hard ball ,it means the jaggery mix is ready for adding seasom
  7. now add seasom seed in melted jaggery
  8. mix it properly
  9. now switch off the flame
  10. put this mix on oil applied chopping board or chakkla
  11. slowly roll it with rolling pin.
  12. Roll It as thin ,as you can
  13. now quickly cut it in triangle shape
  14. stick this triangle to the oil applied cone mould
  15. you have to do this procedure very fast
  16. otherwise the Chikki will get hard
  17. Now take out the chikki cone from cone mould
  18. and your chikki cone is ready
  19. for chikki cone topping....
  20. mix all the ingredients like desiccated coconut, seasom powder, Chocolate Sauce, condensed milk and sugar powder
  21. now make the balls from this mix
  22. put every ball on the chikki cone
  23. for decoration put one Cherry on the top of the cone
  24. and the Chiki cone is ready
