Bajjias are all time favourite with a cup of tea or coffee,especially during cold climates or rainy season.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw banana 1 big
  2. Gram flour - 1 cup
  3. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  4. Chilly powder 1tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  6. Water to mix
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
  9. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Peel the outer skin of raw banana and cut into 3 inch height and slice into 1/4 inch thickness
  2. Mix all the ingredients to make a batter,nor thin or too much thick.batter should be of medium consistency
  3. Dip the banana into the batter and fry till crispy
