Another winter dilight.. This is the most easiest way to make exactly restaurant like palak paneer which can be made in no time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak two bunches leaves seperated
  2. Paneer 250 gms
  3. Onion 1 med
  4. Tomato 1 med
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Garlic 5-6 cloves
  7. Ginger half inch
  8. Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1 tsp
  11. Cardamom powder 1/2 tspn
  12. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  13. Red chilly powder 1/2 tspn
  14. Garam masala powder 1/4th tspn
  15. Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  16. Yoghurt 1/2 cup
  17. Fresh cream / malai 2-3 tblspn
  18. Refined oil 2 tblspn

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop all the vegetables like palak,onion,tomato,galic ,green chilly,ginger,coriander leaves.
  2. In a kadai add refined oil. Heat it add onion galic ginger and saute it till it softens.
  3. Now add chopped palak and saute it for two to three min or till it reduces its size.
  4. Now add yoghurt and low the flame and cook for two min and turn off the gas.
  5. Now cool down the mixture and blend it in a mixy jar to make it a puree.
  6. Now in a pan add one tspn refined oil and add the puree.
  7. Add all the spices like salt, sugar turmeric,coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilly and mix.
  8. Add paneer cut into cubes.
  9. Cook for few minutes in a med flame.
  10. Turn off the gas and add fresh cream or malai and serve hot with naan, roti or paranthas.
