Ingredients to make Pyaz ka Purpuriya

  • onions 7-9 large
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • Dried red chilli 2
  • haldi powder a pinch
  • namak as required

How to make Pyaz ka Purpuriya

  1. Wash peel and slice the Onions.
  2. Take a wok. Add oil and when it slightly heated add Dried red chilli. Let it sputter.
  3. Now add onions and saute well.
  4. Add all dry masala and mix well.
  5. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with chapati or parantha.
