ABOUT Carrot Momos with White Dipping Sauce RECIPE

Carrot momos stuffed with paneer and pistachios, accompanied by the creamy sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated Paneer - 1/4 th cup
  2. Chopped pistachios - 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped green chillies - 1
  5. Boiled corns - 1 tbsp
  6. Salt
  7. Carrot paste - 3 tbsp
  8. Besan - 1 tbsp
  9. Maida - 1/4 th cup
  10. Butter - 1 tsp
  11. Cream - 1 tbsp
  12. Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  13. Grated garlic - 1/2 tsp
  14. Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated Paneer, pistachios, chopped garlic, ginger, chillies, salt and keep aside.
  2. Now for the outer covering, mix besan, maida, salt and carrot paste , butter together to form a dough.
  3. Take small rounds of the dough, roll them and fill with the grated Paneer. Steam them for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix cream, yoghurt, salt, pepper, and grated garlic to form a smooth sauce. Serve the Momos with it
