ABOUT Gobi pakoda RECIPE

This is a winter snacks in all over India as there is much more cauliflowers are available.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets-2 cups
  2. Besan- 6-7 tsp
  3. Ginger,garlic, green chilli paste-2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Salt as per your taste
  7. Water as needed to make batter
  8. Oil for dip frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and rise the cauliflower florets and keep them aside.
  2. Then prepare the batter by adding all the ingredients except oil and florets.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Dip all the florets one by one and dip fry them in oil.
  5. Your gobi pakodas are now ready . Serve hot with any ketchup and enjoy the winter.
