Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole wheat flore 1cup
  2. Half tsp azwine
  3. Salt half tsp
  4. Curd half cup
  5. 2tsp desi ghee
  6. Baking soda half tsp
  7. Onion 2 medium sized
  8. Tomato 3 medium sized
  9. Green chilli chopped 1tsp
  10. Garlic pieces half tsp
  11. Half tsp salt
  12. Lemon juice half tsp
  13. Oil 2tsp
  14. Coriander half cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put flore,salt and remaining all ingrediente
  2. Mix well make soft kneaded doe by the palms
  3. Mean while heat grilled stick place tomato,onion on it
  4. Peal the skin put into a bowl smash it nicely..
  5. Add coriander,salt,chilli,ginger pieces,lemon juice,oil mix well make as chutney
  6. Take the doe make equal Portions ..take each one make round shape press in the middle
  7. Heat the grilled stand place the doe should bake both sides
  8. Once get fried take out break the middle pour ghee on batti
  9. Take a plate put dal batti,onion bartha with onion ready to serve
