Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1.For poori;
  2. Atta 1 cup
  3. Maida 1tbsp
  4. Rava 1 tsp
  5. Oil 1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2.Potato masala:
  8. Potatoes 2 big
  9. Onion 3 med size(chopped)
  10. Tomato 2 (chopped)
  11. Salt
  12. Green chilly 1
  13. Chilly powder 2 tsp
  14. Turmeric 1 tsp
  15. Curry leaves a bunch
  16. Coconut oil 1 tbsp
  17. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  18. Dried red chilly 2
  19. 3.white chutney
  20. Coconut 1/4cup
  21. G.chilly 2
  22. Curd 1 tsp
  23. Small onion 1
  24. Garlic pods 4
  25. Mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves ,red chilly for tempering

Instructions

  1. First cook the potatoes in cooker upto 3 whistles and drain and broke potatoes with fork
  2. In a pan add oil,splutter mustard seeds curry leaves and red chilly.
  3. Add the onions and cook until translucent
  4. Add the tomatoes cook until done
  5. Add the masalas and potatoes and add water
  6. Cook well and garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Pooris:
  8. Mix all the ingredients for poori to form a firm dough.keep for 20 mins
  9. Make small size pooris and fry in hot oil and drain in tissue
  10. Chutney;
  11. Grind all the ingredients adding little water
  12. In a pan add oil add the temperings and garnish on the chutney
  13. In a pan,add oil and fry the ppo
