Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1 cup rawa
  2. 2 cups rice flour
  3. 1 cup poha soaked in water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp carom seeds
  6. 1/2 cup curd
  7. Tomato sauce according to taste
  8. A pinch orange food colour
  9. 2 bunch of Palak
  10. 4-5 green chillies
  11. A pinch of green colour

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add rawa, soaked poha, rice flour, curd, salt and water. Make a thin batter.
  2. Divide the batter into 3 portions. Let the first portion be the white batter.
  3. In the second portion, add a pinch of green food colour and grinded with palak and green chillies. Mix well.
  4. In the third portion add pinch of orange food colour, tomato sauce and mix well.
  5. Now on a non stick tawa, first add the orange batter then white then green as shown in the picture. Again repeat the same orange white, green and with a fork back pull the batter to give a star shape and serve hot with chutney.
