Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red colour:
  2. 1 cup grated beetroot
  3. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 1 tsp butter
  6. 1 Cup water
  7. Light yellow colour:
  8. Pinch of turmeric powder
  9. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  10. Pinch of salt
  11. 1 tsp butter
  12. 1 Cup water
  13. Green color:
  14. 1 cup blanched spinach puree
  15. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  16. Pinch of salt
  17. 1 tsp butter
  18. Other Ingredients:
  19. 3 tbsp butter to saute parata

Instructions

  1. Make the but tight dough of all the colors by mixing all the ingredients mentioned in main ingredients above.
  2. Now take one portion of all the dough and roll them to make robes and stick them together and again fold them inside and make spiral.
  3. Prepare all like wise.
  4. Now roll them out and put on a tawa, apply butter on both the sides.
  5. Paratha are ready! Serve then with any Punjabi sweet gravy!
