Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-1/2 cup boiled red gram
  2. 1 cup Finley chopped spinach
  3. 2 onions finely chopped
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  7. 1/2 cup milk
  8. 3 spoon oil
  9. 1 pinch cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 spoon salt
  11. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  13. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  14. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  15. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder
  16. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add cumin seeds and green chilli
  3. Add onion and ginger garlic paste
  4. Saute for 3-4 minutes and add tomato
  5. Cook until tomato turn soft
  6. Add spinach leaves and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Add salt and other spices
  8. Saute for 2 minutes and add milk
  9. Cook until it leaves oil
  10. Add red gram and water
  11. Cook until the gravy turn thick
  12. Serve with rice or indian bread
