This is so healthy breakfast recipe during winter. Now-a-days lots of garlic leaves are available in market. So you can do it so easily. I just love the colour and aroma of this pan cake. A lovely green clour is seen which anyone can fall in love with it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats powder -3/4 cup
  2. Semolina-1/4 cup
  3. Chopped Green garlic leaves-1/2 cup
  4. Ginger-1/2inch
  5. green chili-2
  6. Curd-1/4 cup
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  9. OIL FOR BRUSHING
  10. Water-1/2 cup ( as needed to make a batter)

Instructions

  1. Grind green garlic leaves with ginger and green chili with little water to make a paste.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well except water and oil.
  3. Then add require amount of water to make a batter.
  4. Brush the tawa with oil and pour little amount of batter to make small pan cakes.
  5. Flip the pan cake and cook both the sides in low flame.
  6. After making the pan cake switch off the flame and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
