Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Palak === 300gm
  2. Tomatoes === 3
  3. Ginger === 1 inch
  4. Black salt == 1tspn
  5. Plain salt to taste
  6. Black pepper == 1/2 tspn
  7. Lemon juice == 1tbsp
  8. Oil == 1 tspn
  9. Cumin seeds == 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop washed palak and tomato.
  2. Boil 2cup water then add tomato and ginger boil 1 min then add palak and cook for 4min . Let it cool .
  3. Now grind them and make fine paste. Strain this paste and add some water.
  4. Heat a pan add oil and heat roast cumin seedfs then add straied palak paste
  5. Put black salt, plain salt and pepper powder and boil for 3-4min. Then off the gass.
  6. Add lemon juice. U can add butter also .
  7. SOUP is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves nd cream.:yum::yum::yum: Serve with bread croutons or boiled corns .
