Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 katori green channe
  2. 1 potato in diced
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 2 green chilly chopped
  6. 1 inch pirce ginger
  7. 6-7 cloves garlic
  8. 1 cup fresh coriander
  9. 1/2 tspn cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
  11. 1/4 tspn asafoetida
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  14. 1 tspn kashmiri lal mirch
  15. 1/2 tspn coriander powder
  16. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  17. 2 whole red chilly
  18. 1/2 + 2 tspn mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tspn oil into a pan and fry green chhna for 3-4 minutes . Let it cool, then keep aside 2 tspn chane and grind rest green chane .
  2. Heat rest oil into same pan and crackle cumin seeds and mustard seeds then add chopped green chilly and saute.
  3. Then add diced potatoes and kept aside whole green channe . And cook for 2-3 minutes . Then add all spices and cook for a minute .
  4. In meanwhile grind onion, tomato,ginger , garlic and lots of coriander leaves make fine paste.
  5. Add this paste into sauted potatoes and cook untill leaves the oil.
  6. Now add grinded green channe with whole red chilly and mix well .. now add 2 cups water and give a boil and cook on low flame for ten minutes. Then Switch off the gass
  7. Ready tasty tasty green channe ka Nimona . Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with chapati or nan or prantha.
