Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 boiled potato
  2. 1/4 cup grated cottage cheese
  3. 1/2 cup boiled spinach
  4. 2 spoon gram flour
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  7. Refined oil for frying
  8. 7-8 cloves of garlic
  9. 2 big size onions
  10. 2 spoon clarified butter
  11. 1 cup cream
  12. 1 cup milk
  13. 2 cloves
  14. 2 cardamom
  15. 1"cinnamon stick
  16. 2 green chilli slit lengthwise
  17. 1/4 spoon black pepper powder
  18. 1 spoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Squeeze excess water of spinach
  2. Mash potato and mix spinach,cottage cheese,gram flour,salt and garam masala
  3. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil
  4. Seprate skins of onions and garlic
  5. Boil with 1/2 cup water and grind into a paste after they turn cold
  6. Heat clarified butter in a wok and add cardamom,cloves,cinnamon stick and green chilli
  7. Add onion paste and saute on low flame so that the color of onion should not change
  8. Add cream and milk and cook until it thickens
  9. Mix salt,sugar and black pepper powder and switch off the flame
  10. Take out in a serving bowl and add fried kofte
  11. Serve with naan or rice.
