Ingredients to make Mutton Keema Goli

  • Minced goat Meat - 500 g
  • egg - 2
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • For grinding with mutton :
  • ginger - 1/2 inch
  • dhania patta - 1 bunch
  • garlic flakes - 10
  • green chilly - 3
  • Small elaichi - 2
  • haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
  • jeera Powder - 1 tsp
  • dhania powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp

How to make Mutton Keema Goli

  1. Grind all the ingredients with the keema (minced mutton).
  2. Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl, add egg and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Make round balls of the keema.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the keema golis till golden brown
  5. Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and tomato sauce.
