Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Carom seeds - 1/2 cup
  2. Almonds - 20
  3. Cashew nuts - 20
  4. Raisins - 2 tbsp
  5. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  6. Dry ginger powder - 1/4 cup
  7. Poppy seeds - 1/4 cup
  8. Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
  9. Grated jaggery - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Blend the carom seeds to make a powder
  2. Grate the coconut and dry roast the poppy seeds.
  3. Heat clarified butter in a pan
  4. Add dry fruits and fry all the dry fruits one by one
  5. Once cooled crushed the dry fruits
  6. Heat jaggery and clarified butter in a pan
  7. When jaggery melt add carom seeds powder and dry ginger powder and mix well.
  8. Add all dry fruits,grated coconut and poppy seeds and mix well
  9. Once cooled make a ladoo.
