Izma laddos are especially made i winters. it made up with ajwain , turmeric dry ginger, gond jaggery ,flex seeds , dry fruits and coconut. Yeah u r right there s no flour at all.flourless healthy laddo for winters

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup ajwain
  2. 2 cups jaggery
  3. 1/4cup fenugreek seeds
  4. 1/2 cup flex seeds
  5. 1/2cup turmeric
  6. 1/2cup gond
  7. 1/2cup chopped almond
  8. 1/2cup coconut
  9. 1/2cup resins
  10. 2 table spoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok
  2. Dry roast fenugreek,ajwain turmeric , dry fruits , flex seeds
  3. Take them out for cooling
  4. Grind in grinder and make a fine powder
  5. Heat ghee in same wok
  6. Fry gond in ghee keep aside
  7. Add jaggery insame ghee .add 1/2cup water .and make thick syrup
  8. Add jaggery syrup in grounded mixture
  9. Add resins in the mixture
  10. Keep aside for cooling
  11. Appmy some ghee on palm
  12. Make lemon sized laddo with it.
  13. Store i airtight container after cooling.
  14. Eat them in morning amd evening to enjoy winters.
