ABOUT Bloody Mary Soup RECIPE

While everyone loves a classic tomato soup, this version has a undeniable kick to it and will wake up your senses completely.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomatoes 3
  2. Tomato juice 500 ml
  3. Green chillies 3
  4. Balsamic vinegar 1 tblsp
  5. Salt/pepper to taste
  6. Celery salt / sea salt a pinch
  7. Lemon juice 1 lemon


  1. Wash and clean the tomatoes
  2. Boil water in a pan and put the tomatoes in it for 30 seconds. Then remove the tomatoes and put them in chilled water
  3. Remove the skin of the tomatoes and chop finely.
  4. Take a pan and put the chopped tomatoes in it.
  5. Let the tomatoes blend for 2 minutes in blender.
  6. Add the tomato juice, and the rest of the ingredients and seasoning
  7. Let it cook and check if it needs more lemon juice or chilli.
  8. Check the consistency and pour into the serving bowls/cups.
  9. Garnish with sea salt/celery salt.
