Ingredients to make Sunflower Butter Ladoos /Energy Bites/Granola Bars
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped dried
- ¼ cup chopped
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup sunflower
- ¼ cup brown
- 2 tbsp oil
- Optional add ins:
- Dried cranberries, , chopped peanuts, flax seeds or powder etc.
How to make Sunflower Butter Ladoos /Energy Bites/Granola Bars
My Tip:Because each brand is different, adjust the amount of oats, sunflower butter and dry ingredients accordingly. If the mixture is too dry, stir in some more melted sunflower butter and if too wet, some more dry ingredients. For a gluten-free diet, use gluten-free oats. If you do not have sunflower butter, you can make these with peanut butter too!
