Well winter sesason good to eat sesame ..i made sesame tachos..its my creation

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sesame seeds 100gms
  2. Jaggery 80gms
  3. Ground nuts 50gms

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan put sesame seeds shallow fri it once it turns colour take out
  2. As well as for filling ..same pan put ground nuts shallow fri it
  3. Then transfer mixer jar put jaggery make roughly powder it
  4. Heat the pan add jaggery
  5. Keep boiling it should come with 2 string consistency once it's formed
  6. Get bubbling thick jaggery syrup turn off take a plastic cover pour 1 spoon jaggery syrup on cover
  7. Spread sesame seeds on top take another cover roll up with roller
  8. Once shape formed as tacho take out keep a side
  9. Fill up ground nuts jaggery powder already prepared one stuff it garnish with ground nuts
  10. Ready to serve
