Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup grated cucumber
  2. 2 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  3. 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder
  7. Oil or ghee for roasting
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the mixing bowl add sieved Wheat flour, salt, kasturi methi and turmeric powder mix well and knead the smooth dough. Rest for 10 minutes
  2. In a plate Ready to all ingredients to making stuffing .
  3. After Take washed and grated cucumber , add all spices and pinch of salt mix well together.
  4. Further take the 2 small size of dough make a balls and roll it small chapati. And stuff the cucumber mixture on one chapati then put on another one chapati. Press with fingers to all sides.
  5. Next gently roll it like paratha or chapati with Sprinkling some Wheat flour dust.
  6. Lastly heat the tawa and grease with oil. Roast both sides to applying the ghee or oil
  7. Finally serve with chutney or sambar , saagu etc as your voice.
